Lesson Phase Observed
NOTES & COMMENTS
Entrepreneurship 12-Cookery A (5:00-6:00)

During the observation, the teacher began by asking students to share their understanding of the 4Ms of operations and how these relate to a business opportunity. Students were able to respond and connect prior knowledge to the new topic. The teacher introduced the lesson on value/supply chain clearly and explained how it connects to business operations.

In presenting examples, the teacher used real-life situations such as production, distribution, marketing, and sales to help students better understand the concept. These practical examples made the lesson more relatable and easier to grasp.

The use of real-life examples strengthened student understanding and engagement. To further enhance the lesson, the teacher may consider asking students to give their own real-life examples to deepen participation and application of the concept.
